[LM_NET] TAR- Snopes site on emails

Does anyone know the exact adress to the page on snopes.com that explains how many 
chain emails can allow others (spammers) to get your email address?  I am looking 
on snopes and can't find it. It lists various hoax emails, but I can't find the 
page that explains how the "forward to 9 friens or you will have bad luck" emails 
can be harmful.n  I will post a HIT if needed.
IFf I post aa HIT it  will include names.
