I am in the process of making a wish list for next year. One of my needs is more computers. I am debating the merits of desktops versus wireless laptops. What I envision is a mini wireless cart of 5-10 laptops available for in-library use. I would also like the wireless to be accessible to those students who have their own laptops. This solves my space problems and my computer problems. My biggest concern however is security. How do I ensure the safety of my students using their own individual laptops. If your library has a wireless connection in the library and/or something like I'm describing and you would be willing to give me a little info please contact me off list.
