[LM_NET] Target: copyright wording

I have a group of staff members who have authored their own curriculum.
They have been careful to acknowledge any sources for copyrighted
materials but if they missed something, there is a wording that I have
seen something to effect that "all care has been given to acknowledge
any materials from other sources, but if . . . " and then I can't
remember what they would have to say if they inadvertently did not
acknowledge a source.  Does anyone know what wording they might include
to "cover" if they forgot a source?
