[LM_NET] Target: order of state and national anthems

I hope someone can either tell me, or direct me to a site that will  
tell me, the order in which our state song (I Love You California) and  
the National Anthem (Star Spangled Banner) should be sung if both will  
be presented at an opening ceremony of an event I am organizing.  A  
parade of participants will be first, followed by the state and  
national flags and then the songs.
