WWU CHILDREN'S LITERATURE CONFERENCE COMING SOON!!

 

Register now for Western Washington University's 5th annual Children's
Literature Conference on Saturday, March 1st, at the Performing Arts
Center in Bellingham, WA.  This year's conference features a lively "all
boys" cast of award-winning authors and illustrators:  Chris Crutcher
(Deadline, Whale Talk, Stotan), Christopher Paul Curtis (Bud, Not Buddy,
The Watson's Go to Birmingham-1963, Elijah of Buxton), John Rocco (Wolf!
Wolf!, Moonpowder), and Eric Rohmann (My Friend Rabbit, Time Flies, A
Kitten Tale).  

 

Conference fees are a reasonable $90 (including a continental breakfast
and boxed lunch) for those who register prior to February 16th, with a
reduced fee of $45 for full-time students and retired teachers.
Registration fees received after February 16th will increase to $110 and
$60 respectively.  Five clock hours will be available (for a separate
fee with registration at the conference).  Complete conference
