Hello I am in the process of a very involved weeding process at a school that apparently didn't believe in weeding...ever. I just found a set of Encyclopedia Britannicas from 1910. They're soft cover leather bound and in good condition. Do people collect these? I'd hate to throw away something that would bring in some much-needed income to our library. There is also an entire shelf of what I was told are "antique" books...some in good condition, some aren't, and I was told "don't touch them, they belong to the librarian who used to work here." They're not allowed to be checked out. Among them are Beatrix Potter books and old versions of typically canonized classics. Part of me just wants to throw them out with the rest of the junk, but if they can be sold for anything worth my time, i want to do that, too. Thanks for any advice... -- Meagan Newberry, Librarian West Yellowstone School West Yellowstone, MT oldberry@gmail.com -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
