I'm looking for a poem that I saw years ago. I think there was a
question about it on the listserv a while back, but I couldn't find the
response.

The poem I'm looking for begins...

Books I think are extra nice.

Through books you live

Not once, but twice.

You are yourself

And you are things

With fur, or fins,

Or shells, or wings.

Can someone identify the poem and the author for me?
