LM_NET Archive

I appear to have found one solution to this problem. Yesterday, I opened each of
the LM_Net emails that had been ending up in Bulk Mail and marked them "not spam."
In addition, I moved each of them to my inbox.

Since that time, each of my LM_Net emails has gone to my inbox.

I emailed att email help about the problem and mentioned that others with yahoo,
sbc were having the same problem. I mentioned what I had already done which is just
about everything suggested so far. I got an email back today saying that I had done
all I could and it appeared to be "You have performed all
possible troubleshooting steps through this line of support, in addition,
the fact that other Yahoo! users are experiencing the same difficulty
is a sign the issue may already be a technical trouble on the e-mail
service. "

They asked that I contact their tier 2 service which I will do so it appears that
Melissa may be right about the problem being with them. I'll let you know what I
find out. Interestingly enough I only got 1 email that didn't belong in bulk today.

I'm also curious to know if any of you att yahoo users upgraded to the new security
system ( Norton) and have had problems since. My computer connection ( log on has
been excruciatingly slow since I "upgraded" Feel free to contact me off list if
this is happening to you also.
