[LM_NET] TAR: ELEM Online Encyclopedia

We currently subscribe to the WorldBook Online Encyclopedia - this also give
us access to the WorldBook Kids.  Currently we are a k - 5 building but next
year our configuration will change to k - 3.  I'm hoping to find an online
encyclopedia service that is more primary, basic and easier to use than
WorldBook.  Do any of you have any suggestions?  Thanks for any
recommendations and I'm happy to post a HIT if there is interest.
