  I make hunts for my students based on the curriculum that's going on in the 
classroom (for the most part). I tend to make two different types - one on 
searching particular web sites (that I assign) and one on using search engines. 
Here are two pages where I've got some linked. You're welcome to steel anything 
that looks interesting. These links change as the curriculum changes.

  The "baseball stats math" is always a popular one, it's just practice searching a 
web site for facts. I have these for when students finish what we're doing early 
and need something to work on. The kids like them so much they often become the 
focus of the class, rather than what we originally started off doing.
