[LM_NET] Elem: Read for High 5th graders

Dear Collective Wisdom,
I have a group of high 5th grade readers and we just finished reading Fish by L. S. 
Matthews. I would like to start a new book in February and they have requested 
either a mystery with a ghost or a non-fiction book with history. Do you have any 
wow suggestions for a group that can really get into disscussions?
