[LM_NET] TAR: Help needed finding a quote

A few days ago someone shared a quote with me that I am now unable to find.  I 
believe it was a quote from Thomas Friedman (World is Flat author) to the effect 
that social networking reveals a need within our teens for outreach and 
communication.

I'm hoping someone here knows that quote or its source.
