I have another copyright question. I am looking for something to show to a teacher about copyright violation in the following instance. He would like to post a chart (one page out of a three page article) from a magazine article on his blog. He wants to know if it is a violation of copyright if he credits the magazine source. My thoughts are that it is too much of the article to post without permission. I am thinking it would be better to link or cite the article without posting the chart. Do you have any resources that would help with the verification of this? Janet L.
