[LM_NET] Human Nature themed short stories

I just assured my 8th grade high-cap teacher that this group would have an
answer for his question.
He is looking for short stories that will have similar themes of human
nature to the ones addressed in  Lord of the Flies.  Please email me off
list and I will post a hit of your wonderful suggestions.
