[LM_NET] technophobes & "go-to" AV people

Someone hit it on the head --

I didn't really know how to use or set up all this AV equipment before  
I became a librarian.  But I *read the instruction booklets* !!!  Yay  
for the power of reading.

Also:  I don't mind too much if people think AV equipment is  
mysterious and unfathomable.  It's good to be a superhero, whirling  
into a classroom and making the VCR work. ;)
