I've only had a few people post replies-other than "please post a HIT!" :-) I'm going to continue to gather this information through Friday of this week and I will post a hit early next week. On this topic-----how often do most of you do an actual "library lesson" that stands alone-not in conjunction with a collaborative teacher/librarian lesson? How often are you booktalking rather than doing a "lesson"? Which of these are your teachers and students the most receptive to? I ask because over the past few years with all the TAKS pressure our teachers are under I hear more often that not---"we don't have time for research".
