LM_NET Archive

Hi All,
I don't quite know what to call this, but this morning a question came up of how
to introduce poor, even non readers to UNCLE TOM'S CABIN. Have we discussed
alternative forms for classics before? I have just spent a wonderful few hours in
the archives and while finding terrific stuff, it wasn't quite what I needed.
I remember once a posting that suggested the picture book Rose Blanche as a
replacement for NUMBER THE STARS.
So easier forms or different titles would be welcome if anyone has any ideas!
Thank you,
Best wishes,
Sandy
