[LM_NET] highsmith library chairs

A year ago I purchased the Milan Puff Chair with maple base from
Highsmith.  Out of the eight chairs, six have fallen apart at the maple
laminate base.  Has anyone else had any trouble with this chair?  Have
you found a better product or company?
