Library Colleagues,
I had one suggestion for locating exemplary IL programs as follows:   

You might want to look at the winners of the AASL National School
Library Media Program of the Year. See this website for the past
recipients of this
award:

I went to the suggested site, and there are a variety of districts and
single schools that are identified as exemplary. 
Thanks for the suggestion. It is a good one.
