[LM_NET] Move to middle school

Hello!
I've been a media specialist in a K-5 school for four years(classroom
teacher for 12 before that) and have recently moved to a middle school 6-8.

Any recommendations on how to break the ice with staff about what I can do
for them?
Anyone else who has made this jump have some advice?
