Dear Wonderful LM_NETters,

I am posting an inquiry I never thought I would post.......... I need your
collective assistance. Does anyone know of any job opportunities in Houston, Texas?

I am very very VERY happy in my present job and am loathe to ever consider leaving
however, I have just found out that my father has been diagnosed with a terminal
illness. I would like to consider re-locating to Houston, Texas to be close to
him. I am unsure of a time-line on my end (sorry so vague) but I need to explore
ANY possibilities available in Houston.

I have been an Elementary School "Librarian" (Media Specialist) for the past 8
years and I have 3 years classroom experience. I have permanent NY certification
and provisional certification for Puerto Rico.

Are there any fellow Houstonian librarians who can give me a read on school library
positions?

Please respond off list.

Thank you all in advance.
