[LM_NET] Splitting Middle Schools

Hello!
We are going to be splitting our 900 student middle school into two in another year 
and a half.  Has anyone gone through anything similar?

What kind of budget did you get for each new school for that start up year?

How did you split your collection?

How were your libraries staffed before the split?  After the split?

Did you get any additional days to weed and prepare?

How long until you were up and running and ready for students?

Any other tips and information would be greatly appreciated!
