[LM_NET] Professional Learning Communities

My school is getting ready to integrate professional learning communities.  
I am trying to figure out where my role in all of this is.  If your school 
has professional learning communities, could you please share where you fit 
into this concept?  What team are you on?  What do you add to the program as 
a library media specialist?  Thanks in advance.
