[LM_NET] Non sequitur: Questions to ask a superintendent applicant

I am the faculty focus group chair in the superintendent hiring process.  While I 
am not kidding myself that the faculty's opinion(s) carries great weight, I am 
interested in asking the very best questions possible.  I would love to know what 
you learned people would consider the most important questions to ask applicants.  
Each member of the group is to ask the same question for each applicant so there 
will be consistency each time.  What question would you consider most important 
because the applicant's answer would be very revealing?  I look forward to your 
questions.
