A student is doing research on sign language. He got a spiraled booklet from a teacher who used it in a college course. All the booklet has on it is located on the front and centered: An Introduction to Sign Language Karyn Jones, B. S. E. At the bottom, there is an asterisk and by it it says: The following examples are taken from The Joy of Signing; by Lottie L. Riekehof. Inside the booklet are just pages and examples taken from the above book. There is nothing else. In going to Books in Print, I could find some books by Riekehof, but not this one. Amazon.com does have one with the title The Joy of Signing. How do we cite this source since the instructor of the course used examples from Ms Riekehof's book and gave no publisher, date, etc.?
