[LM_NET] Cataloging: Order of 650 sub-fields

["Gustafson, Jean" <JeanGustafson@SELAH.K12.WA.US>]

I have:

650 a Alcohol z United States x Family life

Then I have others :

650 a Alcoholism x Family life z United States

So, when using the z sub-field to narrow down the 650 subject to a
particular country, does it go before the x or after?

Second one feels more right to me, that you would have all of your
subject down and then further refine it to the particular country.
