We are ready to begin checking out an iPod for teachers to use to show
the video streams from United Streaming that we have downloaded onto it.
We know how easy this will be for students to walk off with if teachers
are not extremely aware that they are responsible for it when it is
checked out to them. Do any of you already use a form that you have
teachers to sign when checking out equipment like laptops, etc.? I
would rather not reinvent the wheel if I can find a form that is
useable. Thanks for your help!
