[LM_NET] Reading Counts Error Messages

Hi,

I would like to pose a question to those of you who are using Reading
Counts Enterprise addition.

I have two students who cannot utilize Reading Counts because they
receive the following error messages when logging in.

"You are currently logged in somewhere else. Click 'ok' to log in here
and replace the other instances." 
Upon clicking 'ok' the following message appears.
"This quiz has already been taken (c55).

This has only happened with two students so far. Has anyone encountered
these error messages and does any have ideas how to fix it? Thank you.

Incidently, I would delete and add the students to the database again
but I do not have access priviledges to delete a student. I am trying to
get some other ideas before I am forced to go to my Technical
Department.
