[LM_NET] TARGET: Line at Bottom of Web Site

I have just created a web site- not for my school but my own (long story!).  I want 
to put a statement that I have seen at the bottom of my pages that states something 
like not responsible for links to inappropriate sites.  Sites were previewed yada 
yada.  I just don't remember where I saw it or what it should be.  Can someone 
please help?  TIA
