[LM_NET] Reading Counts Error

Here is an update on my Reading Counts error messages.  I contacted
Scholastic about it and here is the fix they sent me.

 

Follow the instructions below to resolve your issue.

 

If you are using Enterprise Edition version 1.1 follow the workaround
steps below.  

Here are the steps: 

 

Go to SRC Grading Tools in SAM

Note the students more recent quiz: book title, # of questions correct,
total number of questions, date quiz was taken delete that quiz from SRC
Grading Tools log the student into SRC & quit then go back to SRC
Grading Tools in SAM add the quiz back manually 

 

Note: you must complete step #4, otherwise, the student will continue to
have the c55 error trying to login to SRC. 

 

The resolution to this issue has been implemented in version 1.2, if you
are using version 1.2 then download and install the 1.2.1 patch that is
available at

R180EE121

 

 

I went the quiz deletion route and it worked. So if anyone else has this
issue I would recommend doing this. Be sure to make a print off of the
quiz you delete so you can add it back in.
