Hello. Our local cable TV producer contacted me today about having staff members read a story and then broadcasting it on the LCPS TV channel. I told him I believed this was only possible if the book being read was in the public domain. Is this correct? And if so, is any picture book in the public domain fair game? Finally, does anyone have any resources regarding picture books currently in public domain? Thanks so much for your help. I'll post a hit if there's interest.
