Hi - I'm wondering how other schools handle the issue of students who need help during a lesson in the computer lab. Right now in my school, they just raise their hand and wait for the teacher. I'd like to set up some physical signaling system to alert the teacher without the students having to keep their hands in the air or trying to catch the teacher as he/she goes by. We have flat screen monitors so I can't use some of the systems I've seen at other schools, like putting a cup up on the monitor. Also, I'd like something that isn't too tempting for the kids to fool around or play with. Any suggestions from your collective experience are greatly appreciated. Email me and I'll post a hit.
