[LM_NET] policies and procedures manual

Hello Everyone,

I am a new media specialist and am trying to put together a policies and procedures 
manual.  I have searched the archives and the newest response I found is from 2002. 
 I am not sure what should be included in this, is there anyone that would be 
willing to share?  If there are enough responses I will post a hit.
