[LM_NET] Video-Editing Software

What are you using for video-editing software at school? We are using Moviemaker, 
but I've seen better. I need one that is easy to teach, use, and inexpensive. I've 
looked at software reviews, but want your input.
 
Also, are any of you using Firefox browser at your school? If so, are you using the 
RSS feed capabilities? We had both Firefox and IE at the public library.
