[LM_NET] New Position in Middle School Help

I got the word yesterday that when they find a replacement for me I will have a new 
position in Middle School...ONE school I almost can't believe it!!!  Of course I 
will have to go back to being a regular staff member and all that involves (staff 
meetings, committees, duties etc...) but to have only one school to take care of 
instead of 5!!!  whoooo hoooo!!!
 
Okay got that outta my system!!
 
I am looking for other middle school librarians with help ideas etc.. on what they 
do to get ready for the school year...also any rules procedure manuals that you 
have...and any hints and suggestions would be very helpful...I have never ever been
