I know it can be done with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. If you have Office, then look in the Microsoft Office Tools folder and it should be there. Good luck! Last year at an inservice I learned about an application that can reduce the size of jpgs so that they are not as memory intensive. It might have been photoshop but I can't remember the name of the application. Can anyone help?
