[LM_NET] Windows Paint (free) can downsize photos

You don't have to buy any program to downsize.  Open the photo in Paint (which I 
think is on every PC  in Accessories ).  Use Save As to save as a new name (just 
add a 1 to the name to keep it easy) but stay in JPEG format.  Paint  will ask you 
the "quality" size you want, listed in a number range.  Slide the cursor to 1 or 2. 
 (Ten is the biggest.)  Paint will also tell you the size in KB you are creating as 
you slide down the scale.  

This has worked for me several times when I didn't have access to Photoshop, 
Picasa, Corel, etc.
