A few 2007 titles got past me that I wanted to be sure to recommend 
as you put together summer orders.

Princess Me by Karma Wilson; illustrated by Christa Unzner

If your little girl patrons are clamoring for princess books, as so 
many of them do, you're sure to want a copy of Princess Me in your 
collection.  Be prepared, in advance, for a long reserve list on this 
charming (and very pink) title in carefully rhymed verse.  The book's 
narrator, the lovely costumed Princess Me, has an imagination that 
serves her well as her toys are transformed into knights, 
maids-in-waiting, royal ladies, and loyal residents of her 
kingdom.  The watercolor and ink illustrations spill to the edges of 
each page, carrying with them the exuberance and joy of the book.  A 
tribute to the power of imagination and creativity in the realm of a
