[LM_NET] copyright on lyrics for 'unforgettable'

I am a yearbook advisor, and I would like to use three lines from the song 
"Unforgettable."  Various artist have recorded this song - including Frank Sinatra 
and Nat King Cole.  My concern is breaking a copyright law by including these lines 
in our school yearbook.

The yearbook is not a money-maker for our school; in fact, it is quite the 
opposite.  As an advisor, what can I do to avoid a copyright violation and still 
use the three lines on one page in the yearbook?
