[LM_NET] "Otto Runs for President" buttons

Hi,
Recently, one of our 2nd grade teachers received an "Otto Runs For President" 
button.
The book is written by Rosemary Wells. She would like to find a classroom set of
buttons but is having difficulty locating someplace to purchase them. I have tried
DEMCO, Upstart and Scholastic. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of
where I would find the button?
