Hi, Deb. For any item which has multiple titles (even short story and poetry collections) you can add a title in the 740 field for each title in the collection. You should also add a 700 entry with the author's entry and a subfield "t" for title. It might look something like this: _ a Hawthorne, Nathaniel, _d 1804-1864. _t Scarlet letter. (note a couple things: period follows date (or name if there is no date) and drop the article at the beginning of the title).
