HELP! A good friend of mine has asked me to give a presentation to her Children's Literature students (topic: How the Library Media Specialist is your very best friend?) The audience will be future elementary school teachers. She would like the talk fccus on how Library Media Specialists help teachers. Of course, I could think of a few things from the top of my head (book talks, familiarity with the curriculum, helping teachers find materials), but the class will be 90 minutes and I need a more ideas. How do you help your teachers? I will post a HIT of all the responses I receive. I think it'll be interesting to read the "Pearls of Wisdom" from this awesome group.
