Open your Internet service (Explorer, etc.) and click on FILE, then
select PAGE SET UP.

Into the box under HEADER, copy and paste:
&w&bPage &p of &P

Into the box under FOOTER, copy and paste:
&u&b&d

For whatever reason when I print out a web page using Internet
Explorer,
the URL and date information is no longer printing at the top/bottom
of
the page as it had in the past.  I can't seem to find where to fix
this!
Any ideas?
