Please forgive me for beating a dead horse, but I need info immediately and have
glance through the archives, but don't have time for a long search. A teacher
at another school is scanning entire books, putting them on CDs and keeping
them in his "library" (his office). He says this is legal because the copies
are in the "library" and must have written authorative opinions before he stops
this practice. I have Carol Simpsons book, but don't want to copy and fax this,
so I need something that I can forward to my friend, or print and fax to her.
