[LM_NET] TARGET: author/illustrator visit - Tedd Arnold

Yesterday I attended a joint meeting between our county's reading council and 
library media specialists.  Tedd Arnold was the guest speaker and he was awesome !  
He is fully booked for 2008-2009 but is accepting dates for 2009-2010.  I don't 
know what his fees are, but whatever he charges is well-worth it !  He just wrote 
his first YA book recently (Rat Life) and it was quite good, but of course he is 
more well-known for his picture books.  I'm sure all k-6 students would LOVE his 
presentation.  I know I did !
