[LM_NET] Librarians as "outstanding young educators"

ASCD's "Outstanding Young Educator" award is given to a "teacher under
the age of 40 who demonstrates excellence in his or her profession, a
positive  impact on students, creativity in the classroom, and
leadership in his or her school or district."
Sure sounds like school librarians would qualify for this!

The maximum award is $10,000,  and the deadline is August 1, 2008.
