LM_NET Archive



I am posting for a colleague.  A teacher has asked students to select their 
favorite recipes which they have compiled into a cookbook and they want to sell it. 
 At least some of these recipes have come from other cookbooks.
I see this as a copyright violation.  Are they within guidelines if they do not 
SELL these compilations?

THANKS very much for your guidance.  She needs good information concerning this 
situation.
