Thanks to the many members who responded to this post. I know I missed thanking some of you. I don't have any of these titles with the expection of one Fourth Floor Twin story. Barb Original post: I've checked in Follett and can't seem to find any great identical twin stories about boys for gr. 2-4. I have two great little guys who can switch classrooms if they want to, but know their mother who works in the school would not let them get away with it. The boys are very very bright and creative and just fun to have in class. I would love to find some good stories for them to read. And if there aren't any twin stories out there, what a great idea for a new series! Hint, hint to all you awesome lurking authors. Suggested titles: Lost and Found by Andrew Clements (recommended by a large number of members, I've got it on order as of today) series entitled The Fourth Floor Twins The counterfeit tackle by Matt Christopher (found that one yesterday as I was working on a pile of donated paperbacks! Serendipity.) Allan Ahlberg's The Children Who Smelled a Rat has a boy and a girl twin. Tiki and Ronde Barber books: Game Day, By My Brother's Side, Teammates, Kick Off, Go Long Snarf Attack, Underfoodle and the Secret of Life by Mary Amato. The Riot brothers aren't twins, but their mother is their elementary school principal. -- "Librarian.
