[LM_NET] MID: TAB's

Does anyone have a Teen Advisory Board in your middle school?  This seems to 
be primary a public library group but I would like to start one at my middle 
school.  If you have one, could you shoot me some information about what it does, 
how you recruit, how often you meet and anything else you feel I should know?
