I lost 1100 books due to Hurricane Ike. I have received some funding to buy new books. My chapter books got a direct hit from the window that blew out, specifically my S-Z books. I am trying to replce some of my more popular series and books. Some of the books I lost are not longer in print, the publisher is out of stock, or are books that did not circulate much, so I am hoping to add some new books that might appeal to my 3rd - 4th graders. Do you have any suggestions of series or specific books that you have acquired recently that your students just love that I might consider adding to my collection? Seantele Foreman Librarian C.J.
